The manager was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that my room was prepared exactly as I had requested. I was delighted to find a bathtub in my room, along with a functioning shower heater. The hotel's location was fantastic, with Burnham Park, the Ruins restaurant, and even a McDonald's within walking distance. A free breakfast was included, and I hope they consider offering bottomless hot chocolate in the future because their Golden Pines hot chocolate was absolutely delightful. The hotel also allowed for a late check-out, as long as the room was not needed, which was a nice touch. The room I stayed in had a reasonable price, and it was clean, spacious, and equipped with good Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Baguio.

Drawbacks: There were minor issues with the blankets and towels appearing worn and in need of replacing.
